Initiate Your Return
Log into your account to access your order history and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, chalk, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship to Seybert's
Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
